Do I have to sign up?

Not really. Speed up your shopping with a FREE Manchester & More online account.

Save time when you shop with Manchester & More. We remember your billing and delivery details so you don't have to write it again and again. That way you can add products you love to your online wishlist.

Alternatively, you can shop with us using the guest system.

How do I sign up?

Simply click on our sign up button – (top right hand corner of home page)

We need:

A Personal User name – up to 20 characters

A Personal Password – up to 20 characters

A Shipping Address – the address of the place that you would like your products to be delivered. Please include a phone number with the address.

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, use the “forgotten password” link under the log-in fields to guide you to recover your password.

Do all the prices include GST?

 All prices include GST.

What are the types of payment for online purchases?

You will be directed to the PayPal website when you place an order. PayPal only accepts Visa®, Master Card®, American Express® or Discover®.

Alternatively we can accept direct bank transfers.

Unfortunately we do not accept any Australia Manchester and More Gift Vouchers.

How do I check that my order has been confirmed?

You will receive an automatically generated email confirming that your order has been processed. If for some reason you do not receive an email from us within one hour, please contact us or check the spam email.

 

DELIVERY

Can I use a P.O. Box as my delivery address?

Sorry, we do not accept P.O. Boxes as a postal address. We have to make sure that every delivery reaches the right person. Items can only be delivered to a physical home or work address where someone can sign for it. Therefore P.O. Boxes are not an option.

Can I order items and pick up in an Australia store?

YES, goods can be picked up at our Elizabeth City shopping centre (Shop 141 , 50 Elizabeth Way, Elizabeth SA 5112 p: 08 8255 7949) or Cheltenham shopping centre (Shop 1105 Westfield Southland Nepean Hwy Cheltenham VIC 3192 p: 03 9585 8169)

Can I cancel my order?

If the items have not left our warehouse, you will receive a refund (unused courier delivery fees may apply). After it has been send out it will need to be treated as a return – please visit our Returns page for more details on how to complete this process.

How long does delivery usually take?

Most items are usually delivered within 2- 5 working days. For some rural areas it may take 3 – 6 working days from placing your order. Certain items may be temporarily out of stock. If this happens we will send you an email to inform you of any expected delays.

Can I return items?

Yes, you are welcome to change your mind and return any goods providing it is in accordance with our Return policy.
